Interlinks is a free online service and website for expats and locals in Rotterdam. Our vision is to link with the rest of the city's in Europe.

Users may create activities or join existing ones, or simply see if they can get that answer for that question. And that could be anything from Dutch lessons and gardening to extra help with relocating. As we grow and build more links, we will have more answers and solutions, creating more activities.
